Terms of Service

PlaniMix is an internal business tool operated by INSEC (Lindestraat 17, 1980 Zemst, Belgium). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that occurs under your account.

• Use a strong unique password.
• Enable MFA (TOTP) — it's required for every sign-in.
• Notify us immediately at info@insec-consult.be if you suspect unauthorized access.

Don't use the platform to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content you don't have the rights to.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access other tenants' data.
• Scrape, mirror, or proxy the service.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data, never use it for AI training, and never run analytics or marketing trackers.

You retain all rights to files and data you upload. We process them only to provide the service. The PlaniMix software, branding, and codebase remain the property of INSEC.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in-app. We are not liable for downtime caused by sub-processors or force majeure.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, after notice where reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the fees paid (if any) for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (gross negligence, fraud, personal injury).

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
